Robert Fales
About
Robert first came to Pendleton in 1995 when he helped his Grandparents move here on his way to college. He never thought he would fall in love with the Pacific Northwest and eventually move here. It took 25 years, but Robert moved back to the states and settled in Pendleton, where most of his family now lives.
He started Robert Alan Property Management in 2017 after confronting an employer about accounting irregularities and missing tenant and owner funds.
The previous property management company owner told him, “If you don’t like how I run my business, start your own!” Three days later, he did just that!
In his past professional career, he was in accounting and finance for the startup industry in the California Bay Area for 12 years. Later, he spent five years living abroad in the Middle East as a Training Consultant.
He says starting Robert Alan Property Management was the best decision he’s ever made and set his course for the life he enjoys now. Robert is very proud of the team and what they have built together.
Katie Phillips
About
With 4+ years of customer service experience, Katie joined us as our Tenant Liaison in June of 2022. She works hard to offer the best experience for tenants. She aims to expand her knowledge in property management and eventually open her own branch of Robert Alan Property Management. You can find her busy reading books and baking in her free time.
Tracy Wright
About
Tracy moved from Texas to join Robert Alan Property Management in July 2022 as our Branch Manager. She brings over 30 years in the accounting and business field to the position and possesses a BA in Accounting and an MBA from UTSA. Her work experience includes working for several high-profile corporations in various areas of accounting.
With a wide range of interests, she enjoys reading and crafting. She loves animals and has the pleasure of being “Mommy” to the new security manager Samantha. She also just adopted two sweet cats from PAWS. She welcomes small-town living, and horseback riding is definitely in her future. Her goal is to continue to grow in her role; while continually learning and improving.
Michael Greene
About
Mike joined us in early 2021 as our MCR Lead. Having worked in New England construction for over 12 years with firms like MCCI-NH Inc., and Natural Playgrounds, Inc., Mike had been fortunate enough to work on numerous projects ranging from restoring the Amoskeag Mill complex to building multiple Universities, food services, medical, residential, and commercial. Mike brings a diverse portfolio of architectural design knowledge, building engineering, and product systems knowledge to the Robert Alan Property Management team. Mike is a major extreme sports enthusiast. For Mike, there is no better feeling than making any dreams into reality through hard work and dedication.
